Plan Design
Plan Design is an ongoing process for your plan. Initial Plan Design is important for a start up plan in that we will look at the makeup of your employees as well as your goals. We can discuss safe harbor contributions and different profit sharing formulas including those that are integrated with social security, age-weighted or cross tested/new comparability.

Plan Design is also an evolutionary process in that we pro-actively review your current plan design and ideas for increasing plan participation, providing more contributions to the employer or adding Safe Harbor provisions to help with the ADP/ACP tests.

Our Service
Our service model allows us to provide personalized service to local clients near our offices in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area or our many clients outside of our area. Our service model also allows us to work hand-in-hand with you, your Financial Advisor, your Accountant or their consultants in the set-up and ongoing administration of your plan.

  • Daily Advantage Recordkeeping

Recordkeeping Services:

Maintain records for all participants, including name, social security number, and address.
Maintain records of participant accounts, deposits, withdrawals, investment gains/losses, and investment election percentages.
Allocate contributions deposited to participant accounts pursuant to participant’s investment elections.
Initiate buy/sell orders for all transactions; including contributions deposited, loan requests, distribution requests and participant requested changes in investment elections.
Initiate buy/sell orders requested by plan sponsor/trustee; including fund additions/deletions.
Provide Distribution Election Forms and required tax notices via website for completion by plan sponsor and participant. Verification and processing of completed distribution forms.
Prepare participant statements on a quarterly basis that are mailed directly to participants by statement provider.
Prepare a summary of participant account activity on a quarterly basis and e-mailed directly to the plan sponsor.
Prepare a reconciliation of the contribution deposits, participant loan payments, distributions, and any selfdirected accounts outside the Plan’s main investment on a quarterly basis and e-mailed directly to the plan sponsor.
Preparation of Summary of Plan Assets and Income Statement on a quarterly basis and e-mailed to the plan sponsor.
Provide Website access to participants for inquiry on account status, to initiate investment changes, and model participant loans.
Provide Website access to plan sponsor and investment advisor for inquiry on account status.
Provide 800 number and/or local phone number to participants, plan sponsor and investment advisor for inquiry on account status.
All services assume process-ready electronic transmission of data.
